Return Merchandise Authorization / Service Request Form
Please complete the form below. Proof of purchase is required unless product is out of warranty. If sending in a light for repair, please provide a video and/or pictures which illustrate the reason for the return in order to assist in identifying the problem. Within two business days, someone from our office will contact you with instructions on returning your Draco Broadcast products for repair or replacement. Replacement of lights is not guaranteed, and it solely at the discretion of Draco Broadcast.
Whether in warranty or out of warranty, you are responsible for shipping your product to our repair facility, and will be invoiced for return shipping once services are completed.
